If you need an increase in energy then there's really only one answer

From time to time we all feel tired and can not seem to get up in the morning or would kill for the opportunity to take a nap in the middle of the afternoon. In many cases, our solution chosen is our intake of caffeine or pop into the drugstore to buy some pills "energy". Both solutions can work in the short term but long term that invariably make things worse instead of better. So what's the answer?

Well, believe it or not, nine out of ten times the power failure is not caused by excessive activity, but also by the low activity and the real solution to the problem lies in the exercise. But there is a problem!

Most people who embark on an exercise program, expect to see instant results and, like most things in life that just does not happen. In fact, for anyone who has not exercised regularly for some time, there will be some initial pain, stiffness and fatigue even greater. And as if that's not enough, it is likely to last more than a day or two, or even a week or two. However, it has proven time and again that as long as you are persistent, a regular exercise program will increase your energy level greatly, and then it is fairly easy to keep it there.

The secret to using exercise to increase energy levels is to approach your exercise program in the right frame of mind and understanding that will take some time before you start seeing results.

In essence, this means planning your exercise program so that it comes at a sensitive time in your day when you will be given a break and not add to their current problems. For example, if you find that you are particularly tired in the afternoon, then this would not be a good time to schedule a visit to the gym. At the same time, the programming exercise for lunch can be a good idea and give you a break from the office. One thing to avoid is to exercise at night, as they often can lead to problems falling asleep at bedtime.

Then, once you have scheduled regular exercise into your day starts very slowly and gradually increase over several weeks. As mentioned before, the results do not come in a week or two, but after a couple of months will certainly feel the benefits.

Back Flexibility and strength exercises

If you have ever suffered from severe back pain you will know what is a central part of the back plays in our lives. Even something as simple as squeezing a tennis ball in the hand can be extremely painful, as if the action uses not only the muscles of the forearm, but also the biceps, latissimus dorsi and other muscles again.

The latissimus dorsi or "lats" are the large muscles that go to each side of the upper body and gives it to man its triangular shape.

Almost every sport requires strong back muscles to act as a "pillar" to support the principals in the movement and also to maintain balance, movement, speed and coordination.

Here are some easy exercises to help both stretch and strengthen back muscles important. Most are best performed in a firm but not hard, like the surface while you work the muscles, I will not put undue pressure on the bony parts of the body.

The knee to chest

Lie on your back and clasp your hands behind one of his thighs. Slowly pull the thigh toward the chest while taking care to keep the other leg on the floor. Hold for five seconds before lowering your leg and repeat the exercise with other leg. Starts about 10 repetitions of this exercise and gradually build this over time.

Rotations

Lie on your back with your knees together and raised so that your feet are flat on the floor. With outstretched arms close to your body and palms on the floor, lift your feet a few inches off the ground and turn the trunk to move the knee, first left then right.

At first, do not push yourself by trying to turn the knees too far, but as more flexible and increase strength, you can increase your range of motion. Ultimately, should be able to touch the knees on the floor.

Press pelvic

Again, lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Push the lower back down and keep it there for a few seconds while feeling the tension in your lower abdominal muscles. Vary the action of moving the feet together and doing the exercise and then repeat the exercise with your feet slightly apart.

Lift the pelvis

This time lying on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor and arms folded across his chest. Keep your legs and knees together, lift your buttocks a few inches off the ground and hold the position for several seconds. Then slowly lower your buttocks on the floor, count to two, and repeat the exercise again.

Dog Stretches

Ultimate is right! Get on all fours and lift your head so that you are facing forward. Lower your arms and at the same time, arch your back. Hold for a few seconds and then return to its original position.

Then, slowly extend one leg parallel to the ground as close as possible and hold it for two or three seconds before returning to the ground. (If this exercise is particularly back pain, hip or leg should cease immediately.) Switch legs and repeat this exercise ten times with each leg at first and gradually increase the number of repeats in time.

Some simple exercises to realize those legs

The leg exercises you choose will depend largely on what we are trying to achieve. For example, is trying to build strength, increase endurance running or improve balance and flexibility? Similarly, you are a weightlifter, jogging or a ballerina?

Of course there will be some overlap in the selected exercises such things as exercises to develop strength can combine well with improving balance.

For starters, remember that any exercise routine should be done only after a warming period that includes stretching.

Spinning

An excellent exercise to strengthen and tone the muscles of the legs is 'spinning', using a stationary bike. Of course, you can use a regular bike, but exercise is less controllable and involves a lot of muscle groups.

A 15-minute spin will help tone the calves, hamstrings and quads, and improve joint flexibility. Sometimes it can also reduce cellulite and fat. As a bonus, is also a very good cardiovascular exercise, so you get two for the price of one when you spin.

Knee Exercises

If you are looking for something a little less strenuous and simply want to help strengthen the knee, then here are a couple of options.

This first one is very good for people suffering from conditions such as roughening of the cartilage under the kneecap or patellar chondromalacia, which sometimes results in the bones not sitting properly in the "V" of the knee joint.

Sit in a chair with your back straight but relaxed, legs bent at 90 degrees so that the thigh is parallel to the ground and the leg is upright. One leg at a time, tense your thigh and hold this tension for 5 seconds before releasing. Switch legs and repeat this exercise 10 times with each leg.

The next exercise is a little more to build strength in muscles that control flexion of the knee.

Sit up straight, breathe normally and crossing your legs at the ankle. Proceed with the back leg and back with the front leg. This can be a little difficult at first, but if you concentrate on it, soon get the hang of things.

Switch legs by reversing the direction of the cross and repeat the exercise 10 times for each position.

Calf Burns

Well, let's have a little more intense now.

Stand up (preferably on a mat or carpet or wood) with heels together and toes slightly apart. Make sure you are well balanced.

Lift your heels and balance on the balls of your feet. Hold for 5 seconds and then slowly lower your heels. Repeat this exercise 10 times to start and, as you increase strength and balance, gradually increase the amount of time you are in the toes.

You can also vary this exercise by bending the knee slightly while in the toes. This will make the thighs (hamstrings and quadriceps or 'quads') as well as the buttocks into play.

For those of us who are getting a bit we face the problem of falls that often lead to hip fractures and severe health problems. Keep your legs in shape when you're younger, but not all you can see a reason to do so at the time, can have huge benefits in the future.

5 ways to fit exercise into your busy life

Most of us live very busy lives these days and for all that many of us exercise often takes a back seat to everything else we have going on. However, at a time when most of us are increasingly participating in physical activity and eating more and more prepared foods, set a little exercise in our daily routine is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, if you are in this category then here are five simple ways to mount a bit of exercise into your day.

1. Take a lunch with you for the job. Most of us today go out to eat, often with some of our colleagues, and often choose less healthy food choices washed with a great cup of coffee or two. Instead take your lunch for a walk (or better yet, a career), and when you feel tired, stop for lunch.

2. Try 'work' instead of "vegetative." At the end of most work days there are usually a couple of programs on TV that I like to take to help me unwind and relax. However, instead of laying on the couch (probably with a packet of biscuits and a cup of coffee), try to get some exercise and watch TV at the same time. This can be as simple as doing some stretching exercises, sit-ups or lifting or, if you're really serious about your exercise, why not create a small home gym at home and watch your favorite program while using a bicycle static or a treadmill.

3. Try to reduce the number of coffee breaks we have during the day. It's amazing how coffee breaks can be eaten on the day and if you make a note of how much time you spend on coffee breaks on a normal day, you may be surprised how long it will add a. One idea would be to shoot only divided into only a couple of longer breaks each day and use this time to take some exercise, even just walking around your office building or climbing a few flights of stairs. You will also find that the endorphins produced by the body as a result of even a little exercise will do more to stimulate your cup of coffee!

4. Make exercise part of their social life. We all like hanging out with friends and pondering the world's problems, but instead of sitting around their local bar or coffee shop to do it, why not find a more difficult to combine their social life and a game of badminton, squash or bowling.

5. Try a little housework. Okay, I can hear a lot of throwing up their hands in horror, but many forms of household chores like cleaning the kitchen, bathroom cleaning, mowing the lawn (no driver on board the cutter favorite grass), and digging in the garden are all great forms of exercise. They do not do any damage to your home either.

These are just some simple ideas, and I'm sure you can reach many more of your own. It really does not matter what you do as long as they fit some exercise into your daily routine. And remember, if you have not done any exercise for a while, take it easy at first and give you little by little.

Fitness , Preventing training injuries

Let's start by putting an old myth to rest. I'm sure everyone reading this has heard the saying "No pain, no gain", which for many years was the favorite to say the vast majority of coaches and instructors. Well, it was nothing but a good advice and while some discomfort is certainly to be expected if you have not exercised for some time, the pain should never be part of the equation. Pain is the way your body tells you that he is pushing too hard and in this case, you should listen to what your body is saying.

A good workout will definitely test your body, but should not damage it. As you exercise your muscles beyond their normal range, it produces lactic acid and micro-tears and other physiological changes such as muscle strength is based.

However, if you are experiencing things such as back pain or neck pain in the knee joints and other symptoms, you should consult an expert before proceeding with any exercise routine. It is possible that your technique is poor, which is trying to do too much or have a medical problem that must be addressed.

Build yourself to any exercise routine gradually. How slow can vary from person to person and depends on things like age, general physical condition and experience. In particular, you should get your muscles warm and flexible before launching yourself into any routine. Most of the strains, tears, and the result of other problems of poor heating.

A good warm up should take about 15 minutes and include some very gentle jogging in place, or jumps, so that your cardiovascular system and lungs working. It should also include some slow, gradual stretching to lubricate the joints and gently stretch the muscles. A short warm-up can lead to stretched or torn cartilage that will take considerable time to heal.

Any person who is committed to fitness will have to push yourself to achieve excellence, however, exaggerate things is just counterproductive. Often, this means you have to adjust your thinking and remember that your goal is to improve or enhance their health and overall body tone and strength and to prove they are "mentally strong."

Before beginning any new and unfamiliar routine ensure that you get guidance from an expert. Following closely behind a bad warm and overdoing it, the second leading cause of injury is poor technique or incorrect. If you do not know how to use a particular piece of exercise equipment at your local gym properly, do not be embarrassed to ask. We are not born with this knowledge and anyone who laughs at his ignorance not only ignorant, but is someone whose opinion you can do without.

Another important thing to pay attention as the exercise is to the environment. It is very easy to get into a rhythm and focus on their training so that you end up crashing into something or someone. Outside of running, in particular, requires paying attention to the surface you are running and people and cars around. No running shoes that I know will keep you from falling into a lump of clay and only an awareness of their environment and some good reflexes will help here.

Perhaps the best advice in conclusion is simply to say that you should stay within their comfort zone and gradually to expand. More people stop exercising because of injuries caused by pushing beyond their capabilities for any other reason.

Exercise your body and your common sense while you exercise and happily for many years the great benefit of your body.

Exercise is especially good for children

When it comes to their children get enough exercise these days that you are facing problems. The first is that although their children may seem very active, a large amount of energy is being lost and need to learn to exercise effectively whether to build strength and stamina and prevent obesity . The second is that with the advent of computers in all home games and video machines, most children today are simply not active enough.

Children usually get bored very quickly with all that is "organized" for them by their parents and so involved in the sport should be a normal part of family life, rather than something that is only good for them. Take along when going to run, play tennis, swim, have a round of golf or go dancing is much more likely to work and there are hundreds of similar activities and sports young people can enjoy.

Children are like consistency and may be especially sensitive to anything that seems inconsistent or hypocritical, so if you're giving your children advice, you must be willing to follow that advice yourself. The great advantage of this course is that you can stay in shape as well, but just as importantly, you can enjoy quality time with their children and must keep an eye on them and see that you are exercising safely and properly way.

As with anything, any sport or activity you choose has to be very nice from the beginning. If your child runs irregularly in the first exit after there is a good likelihood that it will be the last. Keep things simple and build the time spent on any activity, and the degree of difficulty, little by little. If the activity is by its nature very strong then do not forget to emphasize the importance of warming up and do some stretching exercises on the part of the normal routine.

Remember that from the age of four to seven, children need to focus on developing basic physical skills such as balance and coordination. Among these things ages, such as motor skills and hand-eye coordination, which many adults take for granted, yet to be developed. Simple skills like using a jump rope and hopscotch can help with the development of these skills.

From the age of eight to twelve, More vigorous exercise can be designed to maintain active metabolism from converting food into fat. Parents once again need to guide their children here to create good habits and avoid injury. Weight training, for example, is almost always a bad idea for pre-teens as it is risky and unnecessary. Gymnastics, however, helps to build on previously acquired motor skills.

For teens, the field is open at that age have the basic structure of bone and muscle which gives them the possibility that the activity of high performance in a wide variety of activities. Here one of the biggest problems is the potential for injury and parents can play an important role in ensuring that adolescents are adequately equipped for their sport or activity and focus on the right way.

Teens are naturally inclined to rough play and rebellion, and so now is the time to help channel their energy into some positive goals such as fitness, endurance and high scores.
