Like all learned skills that are essential in particular you have to master first. The bedrock on which all terribly physical health and achievement rests are thoughts. Everything created by man in the world or any action taken in the past, it all started with a thought. To achieve any goal of health or physical condition you want to start with this basic concept, thoughts are things. Thoughts are the basis on which to build the framework for achieving your goal. The logical conclusion is that there can be no social movement up or down, with no improvement or worsening of yourself, get healthy not just a stalemate. Because life is not honest means that you have the ability to manage or improve your life or the construction of the worst but at least you have the power to create change.

What about external influences have no control over? Say your vital alternative dies in a car accident or being paraplegic in a skiing accident too. The list could linger on and on. But one factor you have complete management over.

Who are you at this time is that the sum total of what we have seen to date. If you are not happy with what you are at this moment, the good news is that you will from now on is entirely up to you. Change your thoughts and you can begin to change yourself. If you want to lose weight or more of work, it all starts with a thought.
